About this book
On 21 December 1989, Nicolae Ceaușescu stepped onto a balcony in Bucharest to address a crowd that had been assembled for him, the way furniture is assembled. Four minutes in, the crowd made a sound no rally of his life had ever made. Four days later he was dead.
Gravity Doesn't Vote is about the moment a shared reality gives way. Why a fact can be true for years and still die overnight, why other facts survive every attempt to argue them out of existence, and what that means for anyone trying to tell the difference from inside the crowd.
About the author

Nima Golsharifi was born in 1987. He earned his PhD in Nanotechnology from University College London (UCL), conducting his research at the London Centre for Nanotechnology. He went on to lead several companies as CEO, including a nuclear energy firm, and has served as an advisor to a venture capital fund.
As an inventor, he pioneered nuclear battery technology, holds several patents, and attracted international attention and controversy.
His novel, The Dreamscape Code, draws from years spent navigating innovation, and the limits of belief. The book blends speculative science with emotional truth.
Nima has lived and worked in London, and now Chicago, and writes from the tension between what's real, what's possible, and what we choose to believe.
